Ciao friends! My name is Juleianna and I am very happy you are here! As you may know, Petali is the Italian word for petal. Pronounced pe-tal-ee. Growing up in an Italian & Swiss family, I was surrounded by a deep love of nature and gardening. My parents were first generations off the boat from Europe. My family were hard working entrepreneurs comprised of farmers, creatives, and restaurant owners. Having been raised around agriculture, gardening, and food, I developed a deep respect and adoration for my surroundings and specifically flowers therefore, appreciating each as a part of my everyday life. With each season, I am encouraged to discover and grow new flowers in my own gardens. I am always excited and inspired in the beginning of each season as though it’s the first time I’ve laid eyes on the daffodils in spring, cosmos in summer, or dahlias in the fall. The change of seasons means the change of color in my gardens.
